Reference

Reference is the section for questions that do not fit a walkthrough: the FAQ, honest limits, supported platforms, languages, and setup troubleshooting. It also covers reliability, including what happens if Panelbot itself is unreachable, and the list of supported control panels, billing systems, and integrations with what each one does and does not do. Use this section once you already know Panelbot: to look something up during evaluation, to answer a stakeholder's specific question, or to unblock a stuck install without hunting through the walkthrough pages. Pages here try to be plain and complete rather than persuasive. If a capability is not supported, it says so, in this section, on the page you would expect it to be on. If a fix always needs a human, it says why. If a supported integration works only in one direction, it says which, and which is not planned.

Panelbot replies in the language your customer writes in, across more than 50 languages, with no setting to configure and no separate widget per market.

Common questions

Where is the FAQ?

In this section. It answers the questions we hear most often, from what the AI can touch to how cancellation and data export work.

Which control panels and billing systems are supported?

cPanel and DirectAdmin for hosting; WHMCS and Blesta for billing. Each has its own integration section and a ready-made portal embed.

What happens if Panelbot itself is down?

Your billing portal keeps running. The chat widget degrades gracefully, and escalation paths that go to your helpdesk continue to work.

Where do I look when setup will not finish?

Troubleshooting your setup covers a refused server credential, the optional agent not connecting, the billing test failing, the widget missing, and the customer not being recognized.
