Video demos

Watch Panelbot resolve 28 real hosting support scenarios end to end, from IP blocks and email problems to WordPress repairs and backup restores.

Every video below is a real conversation flow through the Panelbot widget, driven by the same production workflows your customers trigger. The brand shown, Vornalis Hosting, is a fictional company on a sample account (panelbot-test.xyz); everything else is exactly what the assistant does on a live server: the checks it runs, the confirmations it asks for, and the credentials it hands over in one-time secret cards.

Press play on any scenario. Nothing loads until you do.

WordPress

1:05
Install WordPress. A customer asks whether WordPress is installed. Panelbot verifies the account, installs it, and delivers the admin credentials in a secret card.
1:01
Fix a white screen. A site went blank after a plugin update. Panelbot finds the fatal error in the log, disables the plugin, and brings the site back.
0:57
Reset a wp-admin password. A forgotten admin password is reset after verification, with the new credentials and login URL delivered securely.
1:19
Clean a hacked site. Google flagged the site. Panelbot scans, quarantines the malware, hardens the install, and reports what it found.
0:39
WordPress health check. "Something feels off." Panelbot audits core, plugins, and themes and returns a clear verdict.
1:01
Create a staging site. A safe copy of the live site is cloned for testing a redesign.
1:08
Remove a staging copy. An old staging install is eating inodes. Deletion is destructive, so Panelbot requires a typed confirmation before it acts.

IP blocks and access

0:57
Unblock cPanel access. cPanel works on the phone but not at home. Panelbot finds a firewall block from failed logins, clears it, and offers a password reset.
1:09
Fix a mail client lockout. Outlook kept asking for a password until everything stopped. Failed IMAP logins triggered a block; Panelbot unblocks and fixes the app password.
1:03
Unblock webmail login. Repeated webmail failures caused a block. Panelbot clears it and resets the webmail password.
0:58
Site down on one network only. Down at the office, fine on mobile data. Panelbot proves it is an IP block, not an outage, and resolves it.

Email

0:40
Create a mailbox. A new sales@ mailbox is created, with device setup details delivered in a card.
0:43
Reset a mailbox password. An employee left; their mailbox password is rotated and the new one delivered as a one-time secret.
0:58
Fix SMTP sending errors. A mail app throws error 535. Panelbot pins it to wrong credentials and port and walks through the correct settings.
1:00
Stop mail landing in spam. Customers report messages in junk. SPF and DKIM are missing; Panelbot adds the records and verifies them.
1:01
Diagnose bouncing mail. Mail to Gmail bounces. Panelbot checks blacklists and reverse DNS and lays out the remediation plan.
0:50
Full mailbox not receiving. Incoming mail stopped because the mailbox hit quota. The quota is raised and cleanup advice given.

DNS and domains

0:38
Add a TXT record. A Google verification record is added to the zone and confirmed.
1:04
Switch MX to Google Workspace. Mail routing is a destructive change, so Panelbot confirms before replacing the records, then verifies the new MX set.
0:41
Explain DNS propagation. "I changed nameservers and my site is gone." Panelbot checks the actual state and explains what is propagating and how long it takes.
0:50
Create a subdomain. app.panelbot-test.xyz is created with its document root ready to use.

Site and hosting account

0:55
Fix an HTTP 500. The site broke after edits. Panelbot finds the bad .htaccess line and repairs it.
1:02
Speed up a slow site. Twenty-second page loads are traced to the resource-hungry culprit.
0:57
Fix a broken padlock. A "Not secure" warning turns out to be an expired certificate; AutoSSL reissues it.
0:59
Clear inode exhaustion. "Disk full" with gigabytes free: the account is out of inodes. Old cache files are purged.
1:09
Restore from backup. "I broke my site, restore yesterday." A JetBackup restore runs behind an explicit confirmation gate.
0:53
Switch PHP version. A plugin needs PHP 8.3. The version is switched and the site verified afterward.
0:58
Repair a database connection. "Error establishing a database connection" is traced to broken credentials, which are repaired and tested.
